Telehealth and COVID-19 Update

 

Hello Patients & Visitors,

Our office is open and we are scheduling all appointment types - BUT although we would love to be  back to a full schedule we will currently be practicing with the appropriate safety measures set forth by the CDC so this will include reducing patients in the office and waiting rooms.

Many of the services that we provide can be performed through live audio-visual communication. While we are limiting our office visits, we are implementing a Telehealth program through our secure & HIPAA compliant messaging app Klara. So that we may continue to serve our patients during this difficult time. 

If you are a new patient to the office or have not had to cancel an appointment due to the closure please be aware most of our providers are booking appointments in August & September. We understand this can be frustrating but we would be happy to get you on the schedule and add you to the cancellation list.

Providers are also still working on a reduced schedule to allow social distancing and each provider is easing back into a full schedule as they see safe for their patients - so please be aware appointments may be available for one provider and not another.

Please let our office know if you have an existing appointment that you would would feel more comfortable converting to a telehealth/virtual appointment.
