Telehealth and COVID-19 Update

Hello Patients & Visitors,

As we continue to deal with the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to keep our patients updated & informed but most importantly safe. As people practice social distancing & businesses that do not provide emergency services begin to close in response to the COVID-19 health emergency, we want you to know that your health is still a priority for us.

Many of the services that we provide can be performed through live audio-visual communication. While we are limiting our office visits to urgent visits only, we are implementing a Telehealth program through our secure & HIPAA compliant messaging app Klara. So that we may continue to serve our patients during this difficult time.

If you have a non-critical currently scheduled appointment, you will be receiving a call from our staff to either postpone your appointment until it is safe to come to the office or to change your visit to a telehealth visit.

We are evaluating the schedule on a week to week basis as we are closely monitoring this rapidly changing situation. If you have healthcare needs in the coming weeks, including routine follow-up appointments, please reach out to our office to schedule an appointment. We will first screen to see how the visit can be completed, your provider will determine if a video or in-person visit must be scheduled.

We are working to implement measures to maintain social distancing and keep everyone safe during this time. We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our patients and communities as needed.

Please do not hesitate to call the office with any questions or concerns or text us @ 570-852-2698. Also if you are in need of any skin care products we can take your credit card information over the phone & we are currently offering free shipping or curbside pickup. You can also find us on our social channels to keep updated!
