Fire & Ice Facial Treatment

The Fire & Ice Treatment is the secret weapon in the beauty arsenal of some of Hollywood’s top names, including Halle Berry, Gwyneth Paltrow and Evangeline Lily. It’s known in LA as the “Red Carpet Treatment” for its instant brightening, tightening and smoothing effects. Not a ‘feel good’ salon facial, this is an intensive clinical treatment designed to:

  • rapidly and safely resurface the skin
  • reduce fine lines
  • smooth and soften
  • brighten
  • hydrate
  • encourage cellular renewal
  • deep cleanse blocked pores

Precise combinations of two professional treatment masks are complimented by serums and creams with aromas of warm cinnamon and cool peppermint.

The Fire & Ice Treatment produces similar results of a chemical peel without all of the superficial peeling. So that makes it a great treatment to have right before a special event, such as a wedding, prom or a family photo session!

What can I expect from this procedure?
The “Fire” part of the facial is an Intensive Resurfacing Masque clinically formulated with 18% unbuffered glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, malic acid, retinol, vitamin B3 and potent antioxidants, including green tea extracts. The treatment can be used on the face, neck and décolleté.

The following step in the facial includes a Rejuvenating Masque, the “Ice" part, as it is a cool, soothing and intensively hydrating masque containing hyaluronic acid, aloe vera gel, Japanese green tea extracts, licorice extracts, grape seed extracts and rosemary extracts. This pampering part of the facial cools the initial “ peel” and leaves the skin glowing

After the procedure, your skin usually glows and will feel tight and firm. You may have mild redness, which should only last a few minutes to a few hours. You will not have any downtime afterwards, but you should protect your new skin with adequate sunscreen.

The Fire & Ice Treatment may be repeated every 4-6 weeks, for a series of 6 treatments, or until the desired clinical effect is achieved. With each additional treatment, you can see incremental gains in the overall appearance of the skin.
