Grievance & Complaints

The physicians and staff of Lewisburg Plastic Surgery are committed to serving their patients and families with the highest standards of care.  We strive to continuously improve our standards through education, technology and awareness of health care costs to meet the ever-changing needs of our patients.

The staff and management of Lewisburg Plastic Surgery ask that is if there are any issues that arise at the center, that you contact us so that it can be brought to the appropriate person's attention so that the matter can be investigated and a resolution be made.  Please feel free to speak with any staff member should you become dissatisfied with the care or services you are receiving.  If you are not satisfied with the resolution, the complaint should be taken to the administrative manager.  You may either file a written or verbal complaint with the administrative manager at:

The patient or their representative will be notified by telephone within 3 business days of the time of the grievance is made than an internal investigation is being conducted.
